We stand behind PureCalmPaws completely. If you're not satisfied with your results, you have 90 days from the date of delivery to request a full refund — no lengthy explanations required, and nothing to send back.

- Once we confirm your request, we'll process your refund within 48 hours.
What's covered
✓ Empty bottles — used the full product and didn't see results
✓ Partially used bottles
✓ Unopened bottles
Refund amount
Your refund will reflect the value of one bottle based on your order. For single-bottle orders, this is your full purchase price. For bundle orders, the refund is calculated at the per-bottle price included in your bundle.
What's not covered
✗ More than one jar per order
✗ Orders outside the 90-day window
✗ Sale items and gift cards
Damages & wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@purecalmpaws.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
European Union — 14-day cooling off period
If your order is shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your item, for any reason. This applies regardless of the policy above.
Refunds
Once your refund request is approved, it will be processed within 48 hours. Please allow 3–5 additional business days for your bank to post the transaction.
